I bought my first telescope from France from them (celestron). after a small technical problem, customer service answered me extremely quickly (yes it's true!) and on several occasions. in short, as we say here you can "buy with your eyes closed!" »

Was sent a slightly faulty microscope and their customer service couldn’t have been better. Arranged a collection and replacement without any dispute and we are totally satisfied with the outcome. Customer services were polite, prompt and helpful throughout. Top marks.

Purchased Celestron telescope March 2021 .Couple of parts were missing when we finely decided to set it up after 10 months! The parts were replaced next day on a call to Pic Stop. Great customer service. Will continue to enjoy my new hobby.

Let down by John Lewis, I tried to order a memory card for my new camera from the PicStop website yesterday. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the transaction completing. I emailed PicStop last night, they rang me & left a message this morning, backed up with an email.

I couldn't return the call but emailed around 12 noon (their closing time for the Xmas break) Unbelievably, Paul called me back almost half an hour after his official finishing time & I was able to complete the transaction over the phone!

After being let down by another shop I contacted picstop at 2.30 on wensday and by 11 the next day my parcel arrived . Fantastic service at a very good price and helpful staff . Means my son Gets his Xmas present on time rather than a few days late highly recommend and will use again.

The PicStop website is very informative and has a large range of stock which clearly shows if it is available. I found it easy to navigate and chose my item with all relative information clearly given. Prices are good. The customer service is excellent ! I received my item within 2 days - super ! Will certainly recommend them.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever received. Throughout the whole process, they have kept me updated and when I had a query about payments, they replied within minutes. To say I am impressed is an understatement!

Great deal I thought, genuine Epson black ink cartridge for £8.09 , image as seen on display in most stores, until it arrives and is actually a compatible obscure brand.
When I complained to PicStop they blamed OnBuy.Com marketplace for the advertising error, very convenient I don't say . And they accept no responsibility .
So since ordering,returning cartridge back to PicStop, them receiving it and getting refund today has taken a month, what a waist of my valuable time .

Don't trust their
adverts as you may get LESS than you bargained for .

PicStop very kindly advised me of my earlier pricing error. I would like to correct this. Made a big mistake in my earlier review regarding the price that I paid and had mixed this up with a similar item that I brought at the same time so confused the two.
My memory card arrived next day and is excellent!
